The Vista Redonda Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association, Inc. (VRMDWCA) has been formed to comply with the New Mexico Sanitary Projects Act and operates under the provisions set forth by that law.
The purpose of the VRMDWCA is to provide for the ownership, acquisition, development, protection, and use of water rights, and the construction, improvement, operation, maintenance and repair of a water supply system, for the distribution of water for domestic and other uses, and to do all things necessary for the present and future operation of a safe, reliable, complete domestic and other purpose water supply system, to serve the Vista Redonda Community (Units A-G).
