Vista Redonda

The Vista Redonda Subdivision is reached from State road 592 by turning left from the paved road about 1.1 miles east of the entrance to Rancho Encantado. There are 82 individual building sites that are reached from about four miles of unpaved roads. Most of the sites are just over 5 acres.

The Deed Restrictions forbid any subdivision of these properties. Only one family residence may be constructed on a building site. The plans for any new building or any changes to an existing one must be approved in writing by the Architectural Committee as set forth in the Restrictions.
